<p>The manually operated machine is used to bind parcels etc. with adhesive tape, and may include a device for applying adhesive to the tape. The machine may be used to close and seal parcels whether dry or damp, the overlap of a tape binding effecting the in the latter case. The machine has a wide range of applications due to its lightweight compact design, and the tape-reel dispenser may be mounted on a vertical ring which is handled and can rotate about its axis. Rollers at the external third points may position the ring on a table with a tape-cutter and extension leaf for supporting parcels.</p> |
