PURPOSE:To record the identifying sign of transmission and transmission status information of a remote station, by providing a storage device storing the information and identifying sign from a managing information generator, and a managing information recorder printing the information stored in the storage device. CONSTITUTION:A remote station is called with a telephone set 61, and when the party is not busy, since CED (called station identification) signal is transmitted via a line 62, when the operation switch 40 is operated, a main control circuit 30 switches a network control circuit 60 to a facsimile device. The main control circuit 30 reads data from a data storage cicruit 72 and clock circuit 73 of a management information generating circuit 70 and stores it to a storage circuit 32. Since the ID signal (initial identification) is transmitted from the line 62, it is displayed on a display panel 40 to confirm if it is a correct party, and the ID signal is stored in the storage device 32. When the transmission of original is made one after another and the transmission is finished, the main control circuit 30 outputs the data stored in the storage circuit 32 to a management information recording circuit 80, which prints out data according to the output format of the management information. |
