The apparatus comprises a measurement element (30) mounted inside a body comprising two hemispherical parts (14 and 15) fixed together by flanges (17, 23). One of the hemispherical parts has an inlet and an outlet for the fluid on which the measurement is to be made. The device can be dismantled easily and reassembled in a leaktight manner in a minimal amount of time. Field of application: measurements of flow rates, of volumes, and of other parameters of fluids. <IMAGE>
