PURPOSE:To transmit the packet requiring emergeny and the station with high priority efficiently and to avoid the collision of packets, by discriminating the priority of the packet of other stations stored and relayed and changing the priority, while the packet transmitted by the station itself circulates the transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of stations are connected to a loop transmission line, a relay line 32 and a storage buffer circuit 3 are connected between input and output gates 2, 3 of each station, normally the packet information is relayed to the next station simply and the information at the station itself is received. When the station itself makes transmission, the packet information is stored in the circuit 3, and the transmission of the packet information between stations is made asynchronizingly. While the packet of the station itself circulates the loop transmission line, the priority of other stations stored or relayed in the circuit 3 is compared with the priority of the station itself at a priority discriminating circuit 8, the difference signal of the priority is transmitted to a timer circuit 9, the transmission timing of the station itself is determined, and the station with high priority and the packet requiring emergency can be transmitted efficiently. |
