Teh heating panel may be for use with underfloor central heating systems. It consists of a carrier panel, with recesses for water-containing pipes, to act as heat carriers. Heat conducting panels partly surround the pipes, and transfer the heat to an upper covering. One or more heat conducting panels (4) irremovably surround in an omega-shaped more than two parallel pipe sections (7) of a worm pipe (1), on the side away from the carrier panel (5). The worm pipe bends and the omega-shaped sections of the conducting panels are contained in recesses of one or more carrier panels. The panels are irremovably fastened to each other.
