PURPOSE:To prevent generation of erroneous operation and to make a laser beam irradiator to irradiate safely and accurately by a method wherein a guide laser beam only is made to be generated at the first time switch-ON, and the main laser beam is made to be generated by the second time switch-ON utilizing two memory circuits and an AND circuit. CONSTITUTION:The first memory circuit 17 is made to be in stored condition at the first time switch-ON of an operating switch 1 to make a laser oscillator 3 for guide to oscillate, a material A to be processed is irradiated through the main laser oscillator 4, the second memory circuit 18 is made to be in unstored condition by an edge triggeer pulse generator 19, and then by making the switch to OFF, the second memory circuit 18 is made to be in stored condition, and by making the switch to the second time ON, the circuit 18 sends out an output signal to make the AND circuit 16 to operate to drive the laser oscillator 4, and the laser beam is irradiated to the material to be processed. Accordingly erroneous operation is not generated, and the main laser beam can be irradiated after accurate positioning. |
