PURPOSE:To readily obtain high magnetic force of a ferrite magnet by passing a mixture of ferrite magnetic powder, mixed solvent, binder and finely pulverized particle additive in a mold in which a plurality of partition plates are radially provided. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of mainly ferrite magnetic powder, as required, mixed solvent, binder and finely pulverized particle additive is passed through a mold 8 to be anisotropically rolled, and is then integrally molded in a long unit. A plurality of partition plates 9 are radially provided in the mold 8 so that the ends are directed to the center of the mold 8. The mixture extruded into the mold 8 by an extrusion screw 6 is passed through the partition plates 9, is thus divided, is then anisotropically rolled, and it then again integrated at the end of the mold 8, and is finally extruded from an outlet. |
