PURPOSE:To improve the stop positioning accuracy of a pulse motor by supplying a reverse exciting current to an exciting current flowing in a nonexcited phase to the nonexcited phase for a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION:Normal/reverse currents are supplied by a transistor bridge 2 to the exciting coil 1 of a 2-phase linear pulse motor, and normal/reverse currents are supplied by a transistor bridge 5 to an exciting coil 4. Transistors 2a-2d, 5a-5d are controlled by a controller 3. After a final pulse is input to the motor at this time, a nonexcited phase is identified, a reverse exciting current is supplied to the nonexcited phase for a predetermined time after a preset constant time from the time point when the final pulse is input. Thus, the residual magnetism of the nonexcited phase in the motor is set-off to correct the positioning. |
