CONSTITUTION:A difference of amplitude of 2 continuous sampling values (n), (n+1), which have been sampled by a sampling period and quantized and PCM- coded in the proximity of an editing connecting point detection control signal, is divided 64, 65 into polarity and absolute value information. Subsequently, the absolute value is D/A converted 91, an oscillation frequency being proportional to the absolute value of a level difference of the 2 continuous sampling values is obtained as oscillation frequency control voltage of a free running multivibrator 92, this frequency is counted 93 at constant time intervals, and its output is latched 94. As a result, a variable step DELTA corresponding to the level difference is obtained, and DELTA is added 69 to the sampling value (n) when the polarity is positive, and it is subtracted 68 when the polarity is negative, by which the sampling value (n+1) is obtained. |
