The radial flow fan of the heater is mounted in a box-shaped housing with air inlet and outlet apertures. It has a one-piece front wall-bottom part (1), a rear wall-lid part (2), and two side wall-foot parts. Edge strips (9,10) along the outer long edges (7,8) of the front and rear wall parts are bent inwards through 180 deg. at a distance from each respective wall. The edge strips have at least one recess (21), while the other long edges (18,19) of the front and rear wall parts have protruding straps (20), engaging the recesses. The side wall parts can be inserted on the assembled front and rear wall parts. Pref. the side wall parts are of plastics, while the front and rear wall parts are of metal. At least one securing screw may be provided, passing through a lined bore in all the wall parts. |
