Air chambers are pref. incorporated on the outer faces of the hollow sections. Manufacturing process: hollow sections are cut to a bevel at ends and welded together to form door or window frame; an opening is formed at one corner and filer, e.g. concrete, poured in and vibrated, with frame standing diagonally.
