<p>PURPOSE:To improve operability by performing monitor plotting by scanning a light beam from the back surface of a plotting form and specifying positions of information inputs from a keyboard and light points by a light pen, and then by performing direct plotting on the plotting form by a plotter. CONSTITUTION:From a keyboard 20, plotting information, such as operation commands and numeric parameters, is supplied to an incorporated processor, which executes various programs required for plotting, thereby driving a display device 30, a light beam scanner 50, and an X-Y plotter 40. A light beam from a laser light source 51 is passed through a fixed mirror 53, a galvanometer mirror 54, and a polygon mirror 55 and transmitted through a plotting board 41 and projected on the back surface of a plotting form 42. Then, monitor plotting is performed by accessing a desired basic pattern through operation on the keyboard over a look at display on the display device 30. In this case, corrections are made with the light pen 60. A plotting command is supplied from the keyboard 20 to obtain a hard copy of the monitor pattern through the X-Y plotter 40.</p> |
