PURPOSE:To achieve stable rolling by returning the height of the loop of a heath material into the range of the field of vision of a detector when the height of the loop of the heat material goes beyond the range of the field of vision of the detector by inputting a set signal, simulating a detection signal, to a controller. CONSTITUTION:When the height of the loop of a heat material 1 goes beyond the range of the field of vision of a detector, a transducer 7 generates an output signal 0, and a detector 11 detects that to make and break contacts 13, and 14. Consequently, an angle signal equivalent to the maximum value of the transducer 7 is inputted from a setter 12 to a transducer 8 to obtain a signal showing the maximum value of the loop and then a controller 10 outputs a correction signal correcting the height of the loop of the heat material 1 into a value within the range of the field of vision thus returning the height of the loop of the heat material into the range of the field of vision. |
