PURPOSE:A powder of dried bonito and a naturally occurring gum are uniformly dispersed in a seasoning solution to produce the objective liquid seasoning having good taste of dried bonito with high storability and convenience ready to be used. CONSTITUTION:A powder of dried bonito of 20-200 mesh particle size and a naturally occurring gum such as gua gum are added to a seasoning solution made by adding water or broth of dried bonito, further salt and chemical flavorings in such a manner as admixing of air to the solution is prevented as perfectly as possible to effect the dispersion and dissolution. |
