<p>PURPOSE:To reduce an air gap between a mounted portion and a ground portion of a linear motor by a method wherein the mounted portion of the linear motor is fitted to the truck frame by variable adjustment means. CONSTITUTION:A mounted portion 19 of a linear motor is supported and fitted to the left and right side beams of a truck frame 1 by oil pressure cylinder 20-23 used as variable adjustment means. Air gap detectors 28-30 which detect an air gap between the mounted portion 19 and a ground portion 31 of the linear motor are provided to the mounted portion 19. The coil pressure cylinders 20'23 are controlled according to the deviation between a standard voltage and the output voltages of the air gap detectors 28-30. With above method the air gap between the mounted portion and the graound portion can be minized, so that the power consumption can be reduced.</p> |
