PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect of spectral sensitivity characteristics of the solid image-sensor in spectrometry by a method wherein the luminous flux transmitted through a spectrospcopic filter is received by a solid image-sensor and stored, and correction is made by using the stored value. CONSTITUTION:Light emitted from a light source 2 is made parallel by a lens 3, and sent to the light receiving range of a solid image-sensor 5 via a spectroscopic filter 1. Output of the solid image-sensor 5 is put and memorized in a microcomputer 8 via a reading amplifier 6. Then a sample to be measured is set at a setting position 4' between the lens 3 and the spectroscopic filter 1. Output of the solid image- sensor 5 is amplified at the amplifier 6, and then put into the microcomputer 8, and corrected according to the previously memorized value. The corrected output is shown at an indicator 7 via an interface amplifier 9. |
