PURPOSE:To unnecessitate the deburring by eliminating burr when a press-cutting work is performed, to reduce the processing time as well as to cut down the cost of production for the coil by a method wherein the magnetic material, to be used as the winding core of the coil, is manufactured using an opposed-dise method. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic core 4, to be used as a winding core whereon the coil will be wound, is manufactured from a magnetic material by performing a press work and the opposed-dise method wherein the material is sandwiched by the dise from the upper and lower sides, is used. Through these procedures, the coupling condition between the stator and the coil can be maintained excellently by dispensing with the wear due to the burr of stator, the processing time can be reduced and the cost of production of the coil can also be cut down greatly. |
