PURPOSE:To enable the reception of broadcast stations of integral multiple of channel space, even for the step channel selection of the number of receptions for the broadcast stations which are not the integral multiple of the channel space, by obtaining the local oscillation frequency of the next channel selection from the display frequency before step channel selection. CONSTITUTION:A reception frequency is operated at a frequency conversion circuit 26 from the local oscillation frequency value, this value is rounded off at a rounding circuit 27 by taking the channel space as a minimum unit and displayed on a display device 28 as the display frequency. A frequency conversion circuit 29 obtains the local oscillation frequency corresponded by adding or subtracting the numeral corresponding to the channel space for the displayed frequency obtained from the circuit 27 and the correction value, and this value is inputted to a conversion circuit 30. The circuit 30 sets the frequency dividing ratio data of an up- counter 10 operated as a progrmmable divider to a frequency dividing ratio data set latch 13. Thus, the local oscillation frequency of a broadcast station to be selected next from the display frequency before the step channel selection is obtained, and after a broadcast station which is not the integral multiple of the channel space is received, the broadcast station which is the integral multiple of the channel space can be selected even with step selection. |
