PURPOSE:To prepare FURIKAKE food (seasoned fish flour for scattering on boiled rice) having unique taste, by adding dried MISO (fermented soybean) to conventional FURIKAKE food. CONSTITUTION:The objective FURIKAKE food is prepared by adding dried MISO to a mixture of powder of boiled and dried small fish, parched sesame, green laver, Japanese pepper, seasonings, red pepper mixed with spices, salt, etc. For infant, parched sesame, Japanese pepper, and red pepper mixed with spices, are deleted from the above, the dried egg powder is added to the mixture. |
