PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance characteristic reducing leakage flux and to make irradiation of heat of amagnetic wedge as favorable when the magnetic wedge is to be manufactured from synthetic resin and iron powder by a method wherein spherical or elliptical iron powder is used. CONSTITUTION:When the magnetic wedge is to be manufactured by mixing and forming synthetic resin and iron powder, spherical or elliptical iron powder manufactured by gas atomizing method, etc., is used a the iron powder. Accordingly magnetic flux density can be reduced to half to reduce leakage flux, and thermal conductivity can be enhanced. |
