PURPOSE:To reduce a rising period loss during switching by a method wherein a switching circuit which is made conductive only during a rising period of a driving voltage input is provided in parallel with base input circuits of transistors arranged in a push-pull connection. CONSTITUTION:Switching circuits 14, 15 are connected in parallel with base circuits of tansistors 5, 6, and if switching circuits 14, 15 are closed, transistors 5, 6 are cut off, so collector currents do not flow. In this period a switching duration of the switching circuit 14 is adjusted in coincidence with a rising period between T1-T2 which is governed by a leakage inductance and a distributed parasistic capacitance of a transformer 7. Consequently by base currents of transistors being made null during this period T1-T2, collector currents are made null, and a switching loss of the period can be made null. |
