PURPOSE:To prevent cracking of a mold and quicken liquating out of the tree by placing a mold containing a disappearing substance on a table, covering the mold with a microwave shielding substance and changing the place irradiated by microwave with time. CONSTITUTION:Microwave is irradiated from an irradiation port 2. A shielding 4 is pulled up slowly to the upper part of a box 1 by actuating a lifting shaft 5. At the same time, a turntable 3 is rotated by actuating a rotation shaft 6. A mold B placed on the table 3 with the riser gate (d) down is irradiated by microwave from its lower part, and the tree A in the mold B absorbs microwave to generate heat and liquates out successively from the riser gate (d). With the shielding pulled up further, the tree A liquates out in the order of the riser gate (d), sprue C, lower ingate (b) and pattern (a). When whole of the mold A is irradiated by microwave, microwave is absorbed to the top of the tree A inside and liquating-out reaches completion. |
