PURPOSE:To shorten photographing time considerably by sweeping a detection cace of two-dimensional X-ray detector arranged a unit detection element in a matrix state by an X-ray fan beam. CONSTITUTION:A two-dimensional X-ray detector 7 is formed by arranging unit detection elements di-j having a rectangular detection faces in a matrix state. Also, a collimator 6 having slits is provided with plural parallel slits on a lead board and is arranged between an X-ray tube 1 and a subject 2. In such a constitution, for example, the X-ray tube 1 and the collimator 6 are moved interlocking with each other in the logitudinal direction of the elements di-j. Thus, a position signal of an X-ray fan beam and a signal from each element di-j, are collected in a tme domain and a two-dimensional X-ray image of the subject 2 is dispalyed on an picture display part 10 on the basis of these signal data. In this way, photographying time can be shortened considerably because it is unnecessary to move the jubject 2 and the detector 7. |
