PURPOSE:To smoothly perform adjustment of electric conductivity in the wire cutting discharge working fluid in such a way that in the captioned equipment of wire cutting discharge processing, when the electric conductivity of working fluid becomes more than the determined extent, working fluid which has low electric conductivity, such as pure water or the like is automatically fed into a circulating working fluid feeding tank. CONSTITUTION:In case where its electric conductivity becomes more than the determined value by means of repeated use of circulating working fluid with a detector 44 worked, a switch 45 is closed, and electromagnetic values 40, 42. In consequence, pure water 38 which is low electric conductive working fluid in a pure water tank 37 is flowed into a first tank 25, and is mixed with existing circulating working fluid. Thus, electric conductivity of circulating fluid becomes low. When the electric conductivity becomes less than the determined value, the switch 45 is released by means of the detector 44 and mixing of pure water is brought to a stop. |
