PURPOSE:To perform strong abrasive work, by transferring abrasives and works in an abrasive tank with a separator and continuously performing work simultaneously preventing the works from damaging to each other. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating motor 3 is mounted to the bottom part of a box type vibration barrel abrasive tank 1 filled with abrasives, and a screw 4 or separator of pressing plate driven by a different driving source is provided in the inside of the tank, then a throw-in port 5 at its one end and take-out port 6 at the other end are provided. Works 7 thrown in from the throw-in port 5 are transferred by the screw 4 while being sharpened by vibration, separated from the abrasives by a sorting device in the take-out port 6 and taken out. The works, being separated by blades of the screw 4, are not damaged from each other, further strong sharpening also glossy mirror polishing can be performed by adjustment of a transfer time with the screw 4. |
