PURPOSE:To seal-pack a fluid efficiently by shaping the waves of same form composed of curved faces on the butting faces of a pair of film heat-sealers butting and parting each other and shaping concavities on the slopes between convex and concave parts of said waves, thus forming clearances on the sloping concave parts when being butted. CONSTITUTION:Fluid, e.g. MISO (soybean paste) 32 is filled in the bag 3 of heatsealable film and MISO 32 sticks to the inner face of the opening part 31 of the bag 3. In order to heat-seal the opening part 31 it is enough to butt the heat sealers 1, 2 for a predetermined time. By butting wavy convex parts 12, 22 and wavy concave parts 23, 13 MISO 32 sticking to the inner face of this opening part is pushed away from the butting part and moved to the clearance 30, the film of the opening part 31 is pressed each other and heat-sealed in the butting part. By this, the opening part is firmly heat-sealed, pushing away the fluid stagnant between the films. |
