Continuous dry vegetable lecithin production

摘要

Relatively moist lecithin extracted from soya oil is mixed with dried lecithin to a mix humidity of 8% before vacuum drying. The mixing is pref. done at about 20 atm. and 70 degrees C in a mixer.
