PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency in such a way that in the captioned system of assembling products which are remarkably different in the shape, size and height in one production line, traveling, stop of a carrier and vertical movement of a working table are controlled by means of a multiple limit switch which is installed along the track every process. CONSTITUTION:Signals for processes and types are fed to a microcomputer 30 in such a way that type of the product which is put on a carrier 10 is displayed by means of a pin 20, and the pin 20 hallmarks a multiple limit switch 8 per working process. When the carrier 10 further moves ahead, and it arrives at the determined position, a pin 21 hits a limit switch 9, and traveling of the carrier 10 is brought to a stop. When the microcomputer 30 receives stop signals for traveling the carrier, it performs positional control in the vertical movement of a table 11 acting on the signals from the multiple limit switch 8 as well as input data from a pocketable console 31. This facilitates to assemble products while are different in the shape, size and height. |
