PURPOSE:To provide a heat treatment furnace for tubular bodies which can heat said bodies surely up to prescribed temps. and provides the superior tubular bodies by bringing the reverse revolving rollers rotated by a driving roller in direct abutment on the tubular bodies and providing burners heating said rollers. CONSTITUTION:A cover body 4 is hoisted up to an imaginary line and a tubular body 9 is placed on reverse revoling rollers 10a, 10b, after which the body 4 is lowered and is put on a tubular body support part 1. Next, in this state, burners 11, 12 are ignited, and the body 9 is turned in the direction of the arrow A by the turning of a driving roller 8a, at the same time, the tubular body is heated up to prescribed temps. by the burner 11. Upon lapse of a prescribed time, the firing intensity of the burners 11, 12 is weakened, and after the body 9 is held at prescribed low temps., the burners 11, 12 are stopped and the tubular body 9 is slowly cooled. At this time, the rollers 8a continue operation to keep the body 9 turning in the direction of the arrow A. Next, the body 4 is hoisted, and the heat treated body 9 is delivered out, after which the body 4 is put on the part 1. |
