An impact shank, especially for an impact shank (7) intended for a hammer drill, with a section adapted for the impact (7a) and an enclosure (7b) adapted to the earth connection of electric installations and similar utilised grounding pipe. The enclosure has an inner surface (9) adapted to the external surface (8) of the grounding pipe forming a channel with a length that greatly exceeds its width. The innermost section (10) of the channel is formed with a dowel (11) whose outer surface (11a) is adapted to the inner surface (12) of the pipe. The inner surfaces of the dowel (11a) and the enclosure (7b) serve as a matrix for end section (3b') of the grounding pipe (3) inserted into the enclosure (7b).<IMAGE> |
