Turning device for pancakes - fits into pan underneath batter allowing easy flip-over

The device ensures that pancakes may be easily turned. Before the batter is added to the pan a turning device is placed in the pan in the form of a flat round plate (1) which has a raised outer edge and pref. a circular recess in the middle. Two eyelets (2) can be provided opposite each other on the outer edge to take two handles (3) so that now when one side of the pancake is cooked it can easily be lifted up and turned to allow the other side to be cooked.
