Workpiece cleaning system - with endless belts joining liq. cleaning nozzles to air drying nozzles in another plane

A cleaning system for workpieces consists of a first set of nozzles which apply a cleansing fluid to them, and a conveying device to take them to a second set of nozzles for a gas (air) to dry them. The conveyors consist of a first perforated endless belt conveyor which is faced by a second similar conveyor as the workpieces are guided between them around a curved path from one set to the other set of nozzles. The change in the orientation in space makes this system suitable even for workpieces with blind holes or complex contours where chips could accumulate.
