Contact head for fused LV load switch - is incorporated in plastics screw cap with opposing curved depressions

The LV load switch has a fuse insert held in a fuse socket between a foot contact and a head contact incorporated in a removable screw cap. The insulating grip part (2) of the screw cap has angled depressions (5) extending from its peripheral surface to its front end (4). Pref. the grip part has two depressions (5) positioned diametrically to one another, each with a curved profile to that they define two facing arcs at the front end. The part of the front end between these two arcs pref. incorporates a viewing hole. The depressions allow the cap to be securely gripped where access space is limited.
