摘要 PURPOSE:To continue the measurement smoothly and to elongate the life of light sources by turning ON one or both of light sources depending on whether both ends of the wavelength region to be measurd are included in one of the two light sources having different wavelengths or in both light sources. CONSTITUTION:The position of a light path switching mirror C is controlled by a switching mirror driving device 4. One of the light paths from the light source of a deuteium lamp D2 having a short wavelength region and the light source of a tunstem lamp having a long wavelength region is sent to a slit S via a condenser mirror M. To a lambdamax setting register Lmx, a lambdamin setting register Lmi, and a lambdach setting register Lch, the data of the long wavelength end, the short wavelength end, and the light source switch wavelength in the wavelength region to be measured are inputted by a ten key T and an input device I. A wavelength scanning and driving part 1 and a judging part J are driven by control device 3. Thus the switching mirror driving part 4 is controlled depending on whether one of the lamps D2 and W is used or both are used, and the light path switching mirror C is stoppe at a position C1 or C2m or the mirror C is reciprocated in synchronization with the measurement. Therefore the intermittent flashing of the light can be eliminated, the lift of the lamps is elongated, and the stable and continuous measurement can be performed.
