PURPOSE:To measure the amount of the generated gas in a tank without fail, by connecting a pipe wherein a check valve is provided to a bubble generator wherein the lower end of a circular nozzle part which is slanted downward is communicated with a circular through holes having an electrode. CONSTITUTION:A bubble separating member 12, which comprises a horizontal hole 12a, a circular nozzle 12b which is sloped downward and whose upper end is communicated with the horizontal hole 12a, and acircular through hole nozzle 12c which is communicated with the lower end of the circular nozzle 12b at an acute angle and has a diameter smaller than that of the circular nozzle 12b, is submerged in a tank 3. The horizontal hole 12a of the bubble separating member 12 is connected with the pipe 4 which is connected to a tank 1 and has the check valve 15 in the middle. A platinum electrode 13 is inserted in the circular through hole 12c via an insulating material. Lead wires 14 are connected to the electrode 13 and the bubble separating member 12. In this constitution, the bubbles generated in the tank 1 are not flowed in the reverse direction, separated into the bubbles with a constant size, and flowed through the circular through holes 12c. The measurement is performed by the impedance variation of the electrode 13 without fail. |
