Fluid dispenser with hygienically closed lid - has lock ensuring smooth easily cleaned lid cannot be opened without authority

The dispenser for fluid disinfectant, soap etc. comprises the conventional pump and inlet and outlet valves etc. as well as a cover hood which can be locked by a fastener. The hood has on its upper side near the back wall of the dispenser container a recess which extends parallel to the back wall whilst a nose extends towards the recess defining its width to engage behind a detent of the dispenser container and thus lock the hood in position. The hood forms a completely closed surface at the top and can be easily cleaned without dirt entering the fastener. Since a bent lever having a certain round shape is necessary to fit into the recess to open the soap dispenser, misuse and unauthorised opening is prevented.
