Process for making metal-reinforced elastomer sieves - uses conventional perforated sheet metal as inner core before covering with rubber or similar

The perforated steel sheet which reinforces the elastomer sieves is covered by and connected to a non-perforated full-length plate(3) made of an elastomer. The plate is then punched out with the holes(4) corresponding to the holes of the steel sheet. Manufacture is made easier and economic by using the commercially available steel sheet.
