PURPOSE:To intensify the permeability and better the high-frequency characteristics by forming an amorphous alloy film by sputter method and annealing the alloy film in rotational magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous alloy film 1 is formed by sputter method. It is annealed in rotational magnetic field and given a slight anistropy in the neighboring direction of an elliptic long-axis. Next, drive magnetic field is given in a direction perpendicular to the axis of anisotropy. Magnetization is a thin film is reversed only by rotation of magnetic moment without the movement of magnetic wall. As a result, a factor to hinder reversing, for instance, magnetic force diffusion of magnetic wall, is reduced. Magnetization reversed at high-frequencies is easily traceable. |
