<p>The refrigeration circuit comprises a heated boiler or expeller, a heat-dissipating condenser, a heat- absorbent evaporator, and an absorber with tank for the refrigerating medium mixture, the latter typically of ammonia and water. The boiler or expeller (2) is contained in a heat-storage unit (1). Where the circuit is used as a heat pump, the condenser can be mounted in the heat-absorbent medium e.g a room to be heated, and the evaporator in the heat-yielding medium, e.g the ambient air.</p> |
