<p>PURPOSE:A molding with good releasability and excellent moisture resistance and having little flash, which is prepd. by molding a polyether-ester elastomer resin with addition of ABS resin and PBT resin and forming a vacuum metallized layer on the surface of the molded product. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum metallized layer is formed on the surface of a molded product prepd. by molding a main polyether-ester elastomer resin with addition of ABS and PBT resins, e.g., a molded product consisting of 100pts.wt. polyester-ester elestomer resin, 1-50pts.wt. ABS resin and 1-30pts.wt. PBT resin, by vacuum metallizing, sputtering or ion plating. The thus prepd. molding has advantages such as little flash in the case of a large-size product, good releasability, large rigidity, deformation-free molding, uniform coatability without cissing. good moisture resistance and weatherabiliy after vacuum metallizing, and cheapness, and is used for an automobile damper molding, etc.</p> |
