PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of a Zener diode, by sharing the flowing of an induced current between a transistor, which drives an inductance load, and the Zener diode. CONSTITUTION:When a transistor (TR)6 is turned on and a power TR3 is turned off, the induced current induced by the break of feeding of an inductance load 2 is flowed to a Zener diode 4 and a resistance 8. The voltage drop of the resistance 8 raises the base potential of the TR3 through the emitter and the collector of the TR6, and the TR3 is controlled in the direction of conduction. Consequently, the induced current of the load 2 is shunted to the TR3. |
