PURPOSE:To take the stabilized highly accurate dark current component by smoothing the surface of a color separation filter layer through an organic smooth layer while providing an optical black on said surface and bringing the optical black close to the transparent electrode. CONSTITUTION:An organic smooth layer 16 is formed on color separation filters 2R, 2G, 2B formed on a transparent substrate 1 to smooth the surface. Since the adhesive layer and the glass film placed between the optical black 20B and the transparent electrode 4 are made removable to bring them closely, the light incident to the substrate 1 with the angle other than the right angle will not cause the incident light of the color component to the transparent electrode 40B. Consequently the transparent electrode 40B of the optical black 20B is prevented from the unnecessary incident light thereby the stabilized highly accurate dark current component can be taken out. |
