PURPOSE:To instantaneously adjust die thickness by selectively using rods having simple shape and plural number of length without using screw for adjusting the die thickness. CONSTITUTION:In case of changing the die thickness and the rod 9 for adjusting the die thickness, an arm 11 is turned at the position removing from the machine center by a cylinder 13, and a shifting die plate 4 is ascended by a boost cylin der 8 at the position, where a manipulator 17 can hold the rod 9 for adjusting the die thickness. And, the rod 9 is removed by the manipulator 17, and after inserting the rod 9a adjusted to the other die thickness into the rod fitted part 10, where positions at the center part of back side of die of the shifting die plate, the shifting die plate 4 is descended by the boost cylinder 8, to make the die clamping state. Then, a little gap between the rod upper part and lower face of the arm 11 is developed, and the arm 11 can be turned to the machine center side. After that, the hydraulic oil is pressurized to the oil room 16 in the die clamping cylinder 3, and by shifting a die clamping ram 12 by a little distance, the die clamping is executed. |
