PURPOSE:To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent dimensional stability, coating properties and appearance, by mixing a polymer obtained by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound and the like in the presence of an ethylene-propylene-containing rubber copolymer, a polypropylene-containing resin and at organic peroxide. CONSTITUTION:A polymer (A) obtained by polymerizing each one or more compounds selected from two groups of aromatic vinyl compounds vinyl cyanide compounds and other polymerizable monomeric compounds in the presence of an ethylene-propylene-containing rubber copolymer and a polypropylene-containing resin (B) are mixed in the presence of an organic peroxide. As the components of the resin (B) to be used, in particular, a shock-resistant polypropylene copolymer containing a block of polypropylene and a random ethylene-propylene copolymer in an amount of 30wt% or more is preferable. The ethylene-propylene-containing rubber copolymer includes a bipolymer comprising ethylene and propylene, a terpolymer comprising ethylene, propylene and an unconjugated diene, and the like. |
