PURPOSE:To improve a color sensor, by locating two capacitors between vertical and horizontal transmitters, reading out two rows of photo cells at the horizontal scanning period, storing the charge on each row to the capacitors and reading out the two capacitors thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A vertical control line 13A is selected at the 1st half of the horizontal blanking period, vertical switches 2A, 2D are turned on, and charges of photo cells 1A, 1D are read out on vertical signal lines 3A, 3B. In this case, gates 4C, 4D are turned on vertical signal lines 3A, 3B. In this case, 4C, 4D turn on and the said charges are transferred to capacitors (C) 5C, 5D. At the latter half of the horizontal blanking period, a vertical control line 13B is selected, and charges of photo cells 1B, 1E are transferred to C5A, C5B. C5A-D are selected in order at the next horizontal scanning period. The cells 1A, C, D, F have G filters, the cell 1B has a B filter, and the cell 1E has an R filter, and amplifiers 11A-C generate B, R, G signals. A vertical control line 13C is selected at the 1st half of the horizontal blanking period, a control line 13B is selected at the latter half. |
