PURPOSE:To prevent sensitive body using selenium of a poor mechanical strength from damage and to improve the durability of a light sensitive body by forming a contactor in the velveteen shape and forming the length of fur to be 3-6mm.. CONSTITUTION:In the front of a charger base 24 which is the basic body of a charging device, a cloth in the sheet-shape 28 consisting of a base cloth 29 and a fur body 30 that is planed on it like velveteen is mounted freely removably. The length of the fur body 30 is 3-6mm. and in the backside of the cloth 28, an electrode 31 is polymerized by a bonding agent or the like. A sensitive body is charged by applying DC voltage and AC voltage to the electrode 31 across the cloth 28 which prevents polution of air and instruments due to generation of ozon, and at the same time, only little damage is caused to the sensitive body of poor mechanical strength to improve its durability. |
