PURPOSE:To provide a selective permeable membrane for gas separation with high O2 permeation amount and excellent selective permeability of O2 comprising constituting a predetermined ratio or more of a total recurring unit from a polyester with a specific structure. CONSTITUTION:From a polyester of which 70mol% ior more, especially, 80mol% or more of a total recurring unit is shown by a formula, the aforementioned selectiv permeable membrane is constituted. Further, in oder to obtain a sufficient gas permeation amount, a thickness of said membrane is pref. 0.01-500mu, especially, 0.05-100mu. Moreover, in preparing the aforementioned polyester, for example, it can be prepared by condensation reaction of a hydroxy carboxylic acid in the presence of a catalyst or ring opening polymerization reaction of lactone and lactite. Further, the aforementioned membrane can be easily fabricated by a known molding method of a thermoplastic resin, for example, an extrusion molding method. |
