PURPOSE:To simplify assembling work and to certainly seal a liquid supply tank by a method wherein a seal press mechanism is provided to the liquid supply tank and a sealing member is pressed to an outer peripheral surface of a rotary drum. CONSTITUTION:A seal member 10 is inserted and arranged in a space 11 formed between a liquid supply tank 4 and a press plate 7 and a lower end thereof is contacted with an outer peripheral surface of a rotary drum 3. In the spade 11, a sealing press mechanism 12 pressing the sealing member 10 to the rotary drum 13 is arranged and constituted from plural weights 14 pressing the seal member 10 to the rotary drum 3 by its own wt., plural press bolts 16 and a spring 17 and each press bolts 16 are rotated and adjusted so as to press a total lower end surface of the seal member 10 to the rotary drum 3 in uniform pressing force. Thereby, against the deformation and variation of the rotary drum 3, the sealing member 10 is always pressed in constant and equal pressing force and good sealing property is aintained. |
