PURPOSE:To contrive to increase the total quantity of magnetic flux and to contrive to enhance performance and to prevent noise and vibration of a DC machine by a method wherein field poles are formed of a mixed member of a magnet having high coercive force and low magnetic flux density and a magnetic having lower coercive force and higher magnetic flux density than the former. CONSTITUTION:The permanent magnets 2 to be arranged and equipped in a yoke 1 are provided by pouring a material (magnetic powder) 21 having high coercive force and a material (magnetic powder) 22 having high residual magnetic flux density in a metal mold, performing formation in magnetic field as not to damage original characteristic at the end parts of magnet in condition being provided with the mixed part 23 of both the materials, and being cut in the prescribed form after baking. |
