<p>PURPOSE:To ensure an input for a number of items with a simple operation, by providing the major, medium and minor switches at the upper, lower or side part of a plane display and thus realizing a multi-stage shifting with an input of a number of items. CONSTITUTION:The input switches are provided at the upper, lower or side part of a plane display of the liquid crystal, plasma, etc. Displays 13-16 of a medium item switch group 12 are changed by selecting major item switches 4-11. Thus displays 18-29 of a minor item switch group 17 are changed. Then a piece of character information is supplied by pushing a desired minor item switch and by slecting the major, medium and minor switches.</p> |
